Breathable membranes are a unique form of insulation material. They are particularly valuable when used in pitched roof projects as they prevent the build-up of condensation.

TLX multifoil insulation can significantly improve the thermal efficiency of your building. It would be difficult, but not impossible, to meet the required U values for roof insulation with just one type of insulation. Using multifoil insulation and traditional insulation in conjunction is generally more effective. This will give you a better opportunity to achieve the lowest U values.
